At the Gay Sex Positions Guide, we define group gay sex positions by the activities—anal intercourse, blowjobs, or rimjobs—performed by three participants, which we'll refer to as participants A, B, and C.
In the oral sandwich position, participant B receives a blowjob from participants A and C simultaneously.
This position may involve more than three participants. The defining characteristic of the oral sandwich position is that participant B receives a simultaneous blowjob from all other participants.
